You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made based on your own consideration of this information, and you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of and assume responsibility for the risks associated with traveling at this time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to these additional risks.
Where we provide services directly to you (which may include the arrangement or coordination of activities to be undertaken by participants), we will exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of those services. Our responsibility to you is limited to this obligation, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising directly from:
- any act or omission by you;
- any act or omission of a third party not engaged by us in connection with the provision of the services; or

In addition to the adherence of all government and supplier travel requirements, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/traveller (if over 18 and responsible for the travel arrangements and payments) to:
- Inform Belgravia All Star Group of any relevant corrections/changes to your details prior to final payment.
- Ensure that all traveller names and details advised by you are correct. Any name or spelling changes made after booking confirmation may result in supplier-imposed fees which will be at your sole cost and expense.

Traveller Conduct
Damages or losses incurred by a traveller as a result of conduct will be the responsibility of the traveller. No refunds will be supplied, and no expenses will be incurred by Belgravia All Star Group should we decide to terminate a traveller’s involvement in the group travel arrangements at any time for any reason.
Package Prices
The packages supplied are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and are valid at the time of the deposit payment.
Quoted prices are based on a minimum number of paying participants and in the rare instance where a significantly reduced number of participants occurs, the group package will be re-calculated.
Package prices are calculated based on specially negotiated, contracted group supplier rates together with our service fee to source, book and manage the group travel arrangements. No package breakdown will be supplied by
Belgravia All Star Group for any reason at any time.
All arrangements are subject to the third-party supplier terms and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles or as advised at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to amend our prices. Amendments should occur only in the instance of increases in our costs to deliver the packages such as but not limited to airfares, fuel costs, government taxes and charges and exchange rate fluctuations and ground costs and ship charter rates. Any increase in price must be paid by you before your departure.
Payments
Payments for your group travel arrangements are made to us per your booking form for the applicable trip.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/traveller to make the required payments as per the advised payment schedule set by Belgravia All Star Group and, if electing to pay by Direct Debit, to have sufficient funds in your iClassPro account to cover any deposit, payment instalments or full price of the package as and when they fall due.
Guests are liable for all incidental room charges and must settle their account for any restaurant/room service/mini bar charges used
upon check out. Belgravia All Star Group will add any unpaid expenses to iClassPro accounts plus a 15% Service Fee in the event that it is unpaid upon checkout.
All queries relating to payment schedules must be directed to Belgravia All Star Group.
If you are having trouble meeting payment deadlines, please speak to Belgravia All Star Group to discuss your options.
Payment terms set by Belgravia All Star Group must be met to ensure the relevant suppliers are paid by their due dates.
Service Fee
A small service fee is factored into our group package prices and is added into the deposit. The service fee reflects our reasonable direct and indirect costs, time and effort to source, book and manage the group travel arrangements. The service fee charged is unique to each booking depending on the complexities of the group and is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by you or Belgravia All Star Group regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Amendments
The following fees will apply in addition to any third party supplier fees which may apply depending on the change to the booking/itinerary:
- Late replacement fee (after final payment) - $50 per traveller.
In the event of an amendment to a room booking split across multiple parties where the number of travellers is reduced, the remaining travellers in the room will be required to pay any difference in cost to move to a reduced rooming allocation (eg quad share to triple share pricing), after the removed travellers existing payments have been accounted for.
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations by you after your deposit has been paid will result in loss of deposit. This deposit includes our service fee (refer to the Service Fee section).
Cancellations after progress/final payment/s will result in the loss of deposit plus applicable supplier fees which could be up to 100% of the total paid, regardless of whether travel has commenced or the reason for the cancellation.
For the avoidance of doubt, except the payment of the deposit and service fee, you will be entitled to the refund of any additional payments subject to the third-party supplier’s refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your trip, we ask that you notify us immediately in writing. Cancellations will be effective from the date we acknowledge receipt of the requested cancellation. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier/s. If the supplier is required to provide a refund, we will arrange collection of the refund and return it to the paying party. Any refunds due will take up to 12 weeks to be processed depending on supplier turnaround times. We are not responsible for third party supplier delays in issuing refunds and we are unable to provide a refund prior to the receipt of funds from the relevant supplier/s.
