We are very sorry to hear that you will be cancelling your enrolment with this class for the remainder of this season, and appreciate you taking the time to complete this form to ensure we can process your cancellation promptly.

As outlined in the class enrolment process, early cancellation prior to the end of your contract will result in a cancellation fee.

Contract formation starts upon submission of the direct debit plan via the enrolment portal, which runs for the entirety of the 2026 season, ending after the final tuition payment as per the schedule.

We offer a 20 day cooling off period to allow for change of mind to cancel without penalty, however please note that enrolment fees are not refundable.

After 20 days, an exit fee will apply depending on your program:

  • Emerald, Amethyst and Diamond: One additional month of tuition fees
  • Ruby: One additional fortnight of tuition fees


Enrolment fees and any competition fees paid are not refundable, as these payments have already been made to competition providers and other contractors.
